Mentoring Scheme 2026

The IoD Jersey Mentoring Scheme is a programme that aims to provide a co-learning experience for aspiring and future Directors and experienced and established Directors.

The programme aims to assist Mentees with meeting their Directorship-related goals and will involve individuals who can demonstrate a strong commitment to working within a Mentoring partnership.

In the long term, we believe that the programme will provide Mentees with a Mentors advice, guidance and support so that they may contribute effectively as Directors and achieve their professional development goals.
